A lovely day to you. Please,I would like to know if the UTME form is out,how much it costs,where can one buy it,how can it be purchased on-line and when is it going to close? Looking forward to receiving from you.

The form is already out for 2011. It costs around N4600 and all you need to do is get the scratch card and register online. You will need a biometric thumb reader to complete your online registration
