Registration for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board's annual Unified Tertiary Matriculation Exam - Jamb UTME has already started and candidates are advised to follow instructions properly in order not to get disqualified in their application.

Things needed for registration
- JAMB UTME scratch card
- Accredited registration center
- Recent passport photograph(Scanned in .jpeg format)
- e-registration template

How to register for JAMB
- Make sure you have decided on your preferred course of study
- Ensure you already have an active email address
- Purchase the scratch card from an accredited selling center like the banks or Jamb office
- Download the registration template and prefill it to make your registration faster. Include your passport photo
- Look for an accredited registration center close to your location
- Do a biometric scanning of 2 thumbprints. Safe to do it offline
- Go online and do the actual registration
- On the registration page, click on sign in
- Enter your PIN and serial number from the scratch card
- Choose your testing option e.g. e-testing or Paper testing as well as your preferred testing State/Town. Note that you can't change exam town once selected
- After filling all the details on the form, you can choose to Submit it or just save it by clicking on Discard button
- After submission, you will be redirected to a page where you should print your details
- Print your registration slip and send a copy to your email too.

Important things to note
- You can't change your registration town once chosen
- You won't be able to change your Name, date of birth, Gender or origin later on
